Great case study! What was the time frame on improvement for Roy's ankle mobility and Lower Body MCS?

Thanks and great question! Roy was a ~1x/week client. The ankle went from within to beyond in that first session that we started working on it. He was given the foam roll, triple flexion, step stretch, and balance beam or line walking for home and the next session he came back still maintaining that motion. In that first session that we changed the ankle motion, we did see the lower body MCS improve as well, but not to the point that it was symmetrical. He came back the next week improved, but still asymmetrical for the lower body MCS. We focused on that toe touch progression and some more balance beam for the next week. About 3 weeks total for the ankle and full MCS changes, but we did see progress each session that told us we were on the right track.
